At a time when too many shopping experiences are soured, I must comment on one that came up smelling of roses ( or actually vanilla). All thanks to you Tyler on the Perfumes counter. Yes you Tyler, a massive thank you to, whose friendly, knowledgeable enthusiasm surrounding perfumes, certainly made these jaded shoppers day. Such was their experience and range of information, not only did I buy Lancome's La Vie Est Belle Nude, but also my husband bought Prada Paradigm. This represents a seismic shift for a couple who do not enjoy shopping, and never manage to find Christmas gifts this early. Bradbeers, you have great store but only as good as your staff who make it a place to feel welcomed, and Tyler you had that effect on us. ~ Colleen “

Had a wonderful shopping trip to Bradbeers Salisbury yesterday, Friday 15th March, approx 3.30pm, mostly because of the super professional and friendly service given by two of your sales advisors Naomi and Julie I think their names were. Julie very kindly took my armful of clothes I wanted to try on and took them to the fitting room for me. She was so friendly & interested in my day. On asking where a certain item was Naomi (sure that was her name she had beautiful long almost waist length blond hair & was on the Mango dept when I spoke to her) directed me on where to find it and then asked me again had I found it, which I handn’t so she then went looking for said item for me and came back with a couple of choices. Your sales staff were interested and so helpful in my purchases and please thank them for their excellent customer service which is very hard to find these days. I will definitely return. ~ Pitclan

I went shopping in Bradbeers this weekend and had a brilliant time. The staff could not have been more helpful, particularly Lauren in the beauty department who looked after my mother and I brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble, she was knowledgeable of the products and delivered excellent advice. A total gem. The women's dept has a fantastic selection of brands and again help was on hand whenever we needed alternative sizes. My bank account took quite the hit, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself! ~ Heather A

I was in Salisbury for a short break and having half an hour at the end of the day, I popped in for a look. The young ladies in the Lingerie department were superb, extremely helpful and very good tempered. As a 38HH I don’t have high expectations of more than 2 bras in a department, but they produced 5 bras including one the ‘Sculptress’ range! I was very impressed and will definitely be coming down again. We have lost our independent department store in Ayr, so it’s lovely to see another doing so well. ~ Caroline R

I am quite pleased with what's been done with the old Debenham store. Although the space is now Bradbeers, the layout and interior still feel like Debenham's, which was quite a relief for a lot of people. The store is well organised, the staff are pleasant and there are a wide range of clothing lines, shoes, bags,perfumes and jewellery to choose from. There's also a Cafe on site. There is paid parking on the streets and at car parks littered across the city. ~ Ade

Visited on opening day today. Staff all very friendly and helpful and everything seemed really well organised. Being of an age that I remember Debenhams’ predecessor, Style & Gerrish, I was particularly pleased that they’ve kept the old cafe more or less as it’s always been. I still have treasured memories of the cream teas as a child so I enjoyed a trip down memory lane today! Looking forward to my next visit. ~ Julia A

We had a lovely team treat in Bradbeers Salisbury Jo Malone Boutique last week. Izzy & Viktorija looked after us all so well, sharing their knowledge of the scents and pairing them with other products to help us choose our favorite scent. We had a lovely hand massage and all enjoyed a glass of bubbles too! I would totally recommend the scent experience and the Jo Malone Boutique in Salisbury Bradbeers! ~ Lois M

After struggling for a long time to find a good fitting bra, I decided to give Bradbeers Salisbury a try today since they have only just opened. I was served by the manager of lingerie called Chloe. She was absolutely amazing so helpful and understanding,she made me feel so comfortable and and resized me perfectly. I purchased the most beautiful bra and I feel like a new woman. I cannot recommend Chloe highly enough ~ Ellie N

Went to the YSL counter to test colouring and toning for a foundation and concealer and was served by Laryn. She was most helpful, really pleasant and really informative and we came away with what we wanted, including samples. It was an absolute pleasure being served by her and undoubtedly we’ll try to be served by her again in the future. Well done Bradbeers for employing such excellent customer focussed staff. ~ Roger L

I would just like to say last week I called in for some help regarding eye and skin care , Julia was on the clarins section,she was so helpful and took the time to go through the skin care with me , she is amazing!! Had our first visit on Tuesday and it was such a pleasure being a man😉 to be able to browse with my wife in such a great shopping environment, with space to wander around and choose, so different from so many other shops that cram so much into smaller spaces. We experienced a hand massage and a range of products used whilst visiting the Jo Malone store within Bradbeers. Shoe dept were soo patient. I have challenging feet but they tried so hard and eventually I bought some beautifully comfortable smart shoes thanks to their patience. The store is welcoming, stocks huge range of labels and all staff are helpful and polite. A wonderful store offering huge selection of goods from old fashioned style service. ~ ANGIE B

Bradbeers is a recent arrival in Salisbury and is a first class department store, family run. They stock a huge range of top quality clothing, household items and beauty products. A nice coffee and champagne bar, just inside the entrance and a historic restaurant on the first floor. Please visit and support our local businesses in Salisbury. ~ Neil J

I visited Bradbeers just over a week ago to look for trainers with arch support. Abigail was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Visited Salisbury especially to look around Bradbeers new store. Ground floor is a large menswear department- kitchenware- bedding- cosmetics n ladies handbags. Next floor is ladies fashion and an excellent cafe - definitely worth a visit 😊 Loos are on 1st floor and very recently refurbished. I will be back ~ Dave W

Went into your Salisbury store today and had an eye shadow consultation with Camilla on the Chanel counter. Superb experience, lovely lady who made me very welcome. Exceptional level of customer service given by Bev and Emma in Jo Malone. Nothing was too much trouble, i was at no time rushed or made to feel pressured into making a purchase. The whole experience from introducing products to purchase was first rate and commendable. Wonderful staff. ~ Richard C
